Amazon’s PenPlace HQ Buildings

Amazon unveiled the design of its “Helix” building, part of the plans for the four new HQ2 buildings.  The “Helix” is a 350′ tall spiraling office building, which they plan to open to the public on weekends. The other 3 buildings will have 2.8 million sq.ft of office space. Also, 3 acres of open space, a dog run and amphitheatre.  They will seek approval from the County at the end of 2021 and start construction in 2022 with a finish date of 2025.
